This hotel is in a great location, near Patong beach and near to everything you could need during your stay. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are like apartments, with everything you could want, and are kept clean and well-maintained.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

This hotel is located in the perfect area, with easy access to the beach, mall, and nightlife. The staff is extremely helpful and always available to assist with any request. The rooms are well-equipped and have everything you would want in an apartment.
Slight improvements could be made in terms of amenities.

The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and shopping areas. the room was spacious and clean, with good internet connection and a nice TV. Plus, the hotel offered free shuttle service to nearby attractions.
The staff was not helpful and could not speak English well. They were also not friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked for extra towels or other basic amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Patong beach. The location couldn't be better - it's near everything you could possibly need, including shops, nightlife, and the beach itself. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were like fully equipped apartments, with all the amenities you could want, including a kitchenette. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.
All was almost perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Its location was perfect for me as it was near everything, especially the beautiful beach! The hotel facilities were top-notch and I loved how it had 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me organize my transportation, which made my trip easier. Additionally, the room was very clean, spacious, and had all the international channels including Netflix.

The apartment had a perfect location as it was close to shops, the beach, and nightlife. It offered a well-equipped kitchenette that included coffee and tea, a microwave, kettle, fridge, and hotplate. the staff was friendly and available 24 hours, which was very useful.
The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and we had to ask for clean towels. The beds were very firm, and the elevator was temperamental.

The location was perfect, close to everything. Spacious and clean apartment with a kitchenette and huge terrace. Friendly staff, even though they didn't speak English. Close to shops, beach, and nightlife.

Our recent stay in a central area was convenient for everything. the beach was a short walk away, and attractions like Bangla Street and Jungceylon Shopping Centre were a stone's throw away. the room was clean and spacious with excellent air-conditioning. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and we had no trouble with the amenities. the internet was reliable, and there were no disturbances or noise issues.
